Dear Estelle

Thank you so much for your comment. I am so sorry to hear of your struggles with your fertility but very inspired to hear about your creative project, which I hope will prove to be very healing for you. My inspiration as an artist stems from my personal experience, from listening to other women's stories, and from weaving these with ancient mythology, archetypes and symbols. Maybe you could similarly use ancient African mythologies in your work. And I would recommend doing some guided visualisation to enable your unconscious to express itself to you through archetypal symbols, which you can then use in your art work.

I wish you many blessings on your healing and creative journey.

I am an art student at the University of South Africa and will do an installation on infertility that was borne from my own struggle with falling pregnant ten years ago. I am going to build 4 rooms depicting the obsession and sterility around the fertility nightmare.
Would appreciate any input
